About the role Oracle is seeking a highly intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated Lead Campaign Strategist to join the Brand Experience team. This individual will partner with other writers, designers, marketers, product stakeholders, and business leaders to create captivating campaign concepts and communications that are strategic, engaging, and on brand. A successful candidate will have a T-shaped skillset that can scale wide, but also dive deep into a core strength in creative concepting and copywriting. They have a solid track record of delivering compelling, integrated campaign ideas across digital, print, video, OOH and audio advertising. They excel as a writer, editor, and creative partner, earning cross-discipline trust to produce customer-centric marketing concepts and copy across Oracle Tech products, Oracle Apps, NetSuite, and other areas of the business. They are able to influence at a high level and at the same time dig in to craft, refine, and drive the work. This is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to distill often ambiguous requirements into clear, concise, differentiated messaging.
Requirements include:
Being able to quickly become a subject matter expert on a broad range of products, businesspriorities, audiences, and competitive issues, with excellent writing, reasoning, and creativejudgment The ability to develop big campaign ideas and write for creative executions across audiences,channels, and formats, including digital, print, video, audio, social, web, events, and salesenablement Being both creative and strategic - using customer insights, business strategy, brand strategy,and performance data to develop a strong point of view that differentiates Oracle and informscreative direction Comfort moving between high-level campaign platforms and hands-on routine copywork,bringing the same standards of clarity, craft, and brand consistency to both Core responsibilities: Create, define, and evolve advertising campaign concepts and messaging for all major Oracleproduct areas, the One Oracle brand, and key events such as Oracle AI World.o Concept and write across every aspect of Oracle's business, including Tech products,Apps, NetSuite, and cross-portfolio initiatives Write compelling copy for digital, print, video, audio, social, out of home, event collateral,web, landing pages, email, and other campaign touchpoints Partner closely with design leads, writers, business partners, product marketers, and programmanagers to develop creative content from brief through launch Transform complex product, technical, and business information into simple, human,persuasive campaign ideas and customer-facing messages Audit and ensure all touchpoints are on brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, tone ofvoice, and strategic intent across all channels Work with Oracle stakeholders at all levels to drive awareness and support large-scaletransformational programs, product launches, and brand initiatives Demonstrate strong copywriting and editing skills, including rewriting, optimizing, and editingcontent from subject matter experts Collaborate with writers and creative partners across Oracle to guide content strategy,campaign storytelling, and tone of voice Present creative concepts and copy recommendations clearly, persuasively, and with soundstrategic rationale Responsibilities Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years' professional experience in a related field, advertising,brand, or marketing, with proven agency and/or in-house experience A strong portfolio showing campaign concepting, copywriting, and integrated creative workacross digital, print, video, and audio channels Expertise writing for advertising, brand campaigns, social, web, video, audio/radio, out ofhome, and other marketing formats Ability to combine business strategy, brand strategy, product understanding, and customerinsight to craft engaging creative Superior written, verbal, and visual communication skills; must be able to edit own work andraise the quality of work around them Ability to write in plain language for various audiences while adhering to brand voice andadapting tone by channel and customer need Experience copywriting, editing, naming, messaging, and concepting in a range of formatsand fidelity levels, from early idea territories to production-ready copy Skilled at presenting to senior-level stakeholders, receptive to feedback, and quick to applychanges while protecting the integrity of the idea Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiplepriorities well Self-driven and able to be both strategic and execution oriented

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
