Job Summary:
Tempur Sealy International is seeking a highly organized, copy‑first creative to support our fast‑moving Alternative Channel Creative Team in Lexington, KY. This role is ideal for someone who loves writing and takes pride in keeping workstreams clear, organized, and moving forward. As a Content Coordinator you will write and edit marketing copy while supporting the operational side of creative execution. You will help manage channel creative launch trackers, maintain organized digital systems, and assist with coordinating day‑to‑day projects across the team. Reporting directly to the Creative Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in helping the team stay aligned, organized, and on track. What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): Write and edit copy for a variety of marketing needs, including digital assets, e‑commerce content, internal materials, and supporting creative documents Support the team by helping keep day‑to‑day projects progressing through coordination, tracking, and follow‑ups Help manage and maintain creative launch trackers for the channel, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables are clearly documented and up to date Maintain and organize Dropbox, servers, and other digital storage systems, ensuring files are clearly labeled, versioned, and easy to locate Proof and review copy for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment Communicate cross‑functionally with designers, marketers, and other partners as needed Aid additional marketing initiatives and support broader marketing needs as assigned Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, , or a related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience and portfolio Entry‑ to mid‑level experience, with openness to candidates who demonstrate strong writing and organizational capabilities Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Comfortable working within shared file systems and managing detailed trackers or documents Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to absorb, apply, and respond positively to constructive feedback Self‑motivated mindset with comfort taking direction and learning quickly Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment #LI-DNP Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
