Job Description

As a Copywriter, you shape how Rocket Pro communicates—clear, compelling, and unmistakably broker-first. You develop messaging that drives action across campaigns, social, sales enablement, events, and PR while operating at speed within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is not a passive writing role; it requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex ideas into simple, persuasive narratives quickly, consistently, and within brand, compliance, and legal standards. You will make a direct impact on broker engagement and business outcomes through powerful, differentiated messaging. About the role Write high-impact, concise copy for social, campaigns, webinars, events, and sales materials Develop and maintain brand voice and messaging across all channels and touchpoints Translate complex topics—pricing, products, tools, and partnerships—into clear, compelling narratives Partner with cross-functional teams to align on intake, timelines, and approval workflows Ensure all messaging moves through proper review processes, maintaining brand, compliance, and legal standards Support rapid response content, developing messaging quickly for market moments and competitive shifts Collaborate with Social, Events, and Sales Enablement teams to ensure messaging drives engagement and action About you Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of professional copywriting or marketing communications experience Experience writing for financial services, fintech, or B2B audiences Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, compelling writing across multiple formats and platforms Excellent understanding of tone, voice, and audience-specific messaging Ability to balance speed, clarity, and compliance in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and legal review processes Experience with real-time or rapid response content creation Knowledge of sales enablement or broker-focused marketing What you'll get Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
