Job Description

We are seeking a highly articulate Copywriter / Marketing Specialist to support the growth of premium brands. You will serve as the right hand to our Marketing Director, ensuring our agency narrative is flawless and our social presence is vibrant. The role is split into two primary areas of focus: 60% Editorial & Copywriting and 40% Social Media & Community Management. Key Responsibilities Writing & Copy-Editing (60%)
Editorial Oversight:
Act as the final gatekeeper for all outgoing communications, providing meticulous copy-editing for email campaigns, blogs, and technical web pages.
Content Creation:
Draft compelling short-form copy for newsletters and long-form educational content for our digital journal.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain a sophisticated and consistent voice across all platforms, ensuring every comma and call-to-action is intentional. Social Media & Engagement (40%)
Platform Management:
Oversee the daily rhythm of our social media channels, including scheduling, posting, and caption optimization.
Community Growth:
Manage active brand engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster a loyal customer base.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay ahead of social media trends and identify opportunities for the brand to join relevant conversations within the movie and lifestyle space.
Qualifications Education:
A degree in English, Journalism, or Communications is highly preferred or working towards a degree. The "Editor's Eye": You must be an exceptional writer with a mastery of grammar, tone, and persuasive language. We are AI-friendly but you must be able to operate at a high-level.
Social Fluency:
A genuine passion for social media culture and an understanding of how to drive organic engagement.
Reliability:
Ability to meet daily for collaborative check-ins and project updates. Start in-house transition to remote.
