What You'll Do in This Role You will own the execution of high-quality, brand-aligned copy that supports marketing initiatives and drives progress toward business goals. You'll craft compelling messaging that reflects Ramsey's voice, resonates with customers, and clearly communicates our value, while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate your work through feedback, innovation, and thoughtful collaboration. This role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of both the customer and the business. You'll proactively grow your business knowledge and contribute to strategies that improve customer experience and conversion, and play an active role in building a collaborative, high-trust team environment. Bring 3+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising copywriting Provide a portfolio that includes relevant marketing or advertising materials Are open to learning and aligning with Ramsey's voice and ways of working Enjoy w orking within a cross-functional squad environment, partnering with marketers, designers, and paid media specialists Has a clear understanding of short-form writing, with a willingness to prioritize concise, conversion-focused copy
