This position translates complex business priorities into audience-focused messaging that supports agent engagement, recruiting, retention, event promotion, executive visibility, and brand growth. The Sr. Copywriter leverages insights and deep expertise to refine strategies and make improvements to speed, ideation, versioning, and content workflows by integrating AI tools while maintaining strong human judgment, accuracy, and brand standards. Interprets briefs, business priorities, and stakeholder input into clear, audience-focused messaging. Develops short-form and mid-form copy that drives clarity, engagement, and action. Develops long-form storytelling needs, including articles, profiles, interviews, and editorial content when needed. Designs messaging for different audiences, including agents, leaders, recruits, franchisees, and internal stakeholders. Campaign & Brand Messaging Designs and executes campaign messaging, headlines, content themes, and supporting copy in partnership with strategy and creative teams. Ensures copy aligns with Keller Williams' brand voice, tone, positioning, and business goals. Designs messaging frameworks, talking points, and content systems that can scale across channels. Delivers major initiatives, events, launches, and executive priorities to life through consistent messaging. Video & Social Content Writes scripts, outlines, interview prompts, and story concepts for video, podcast, social, and executive content. Designs and executes short-form, high-impact content from long-form ideas in partnership with video and social teams. Researches and identifies strong story angles, hooks, soundbites, and content opportunities from interviews, events, and source materials. AI-Enabled Workflow Utilizes AI tools to support ideation, outlining, versioning, editing, research synthesis, and content scaling. Builds smart prompts and workflows that improve speed and consistency without sacrificing quality. Evaluates and refines AI-assisted content to ensure it is accurate, thoughtful, human, and on-brand. Stays curious about emerging AI tools and content practices that improve team efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborates closely with creative, strategy, social, video, PR, events, and agency partners. Manages multiple writing projects while balancing deadlines, shifting priorities, and stakeholder feedback. Asks strong questions, clarifies objectives, and turns rough ideas into polished marketing content. Participates in brainstorms and planning conversations as an active creative partner. Provides guidance on cross-functional projects where subject matter expertise is needed. Editorial Quality Edits and proofs copy for clarity, accuracy, grammar, tone, and brand consistency. Maintains a high standard of quality across both quick-turn and planned work. Plans and organizes content inputs, drafts, approvals, and reusable messaging for future use. The Experience You'll Need Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field and work experience may be substituted for degree Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in copywriting, content marketing, marketing communications, or related field Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel marketing copy, including email, web, campaign, social, and/or video script work Polished and professional demeanor Well versed in industry developments, techniques, and trends Proficiency in writing for different audiences, channels, and business objectives Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment Preferred Requirements Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail Ability to write both short-form marketing copy and longer-form storytelling content Strong understanding of brand voice, campaign messaging, and audience-focused communication Experience writing video scripts, social-first content, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing materials Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Writer, or similar platforms Demonstrated curiosity around AI, emerging content tools, and ways to scale creative output responsibly Ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple, compelling copy Ability to collaborate strongly across multiple teams and constructively receive and integrate stakeholder feedback. Ability to remain highly motivated, stay organized, and comfortably manage multiple priorities alongside quick-turn assignments. Interest in real estate, entrepreneurship, agent growth, training, events, and storytelling.
