Job Description

•Please be advised the job position is located in the City of Industry, CA. This position is full-time and ON-SITE.• We're looking for a Creative Director who can translate our mission into bold, high-impact creative that not only inspires—but converts. This role is for a visionary leader who understands how powerful storytelling, strong visual systems, and performance-driven creative work together to grow an e-commerce brand. Key Responsibilities Translate business and revenue goals into compelling creative strategies across web, paid media, email, social, and marketplaces. Develop creative frameworks optimized for conversion, retention, and lifecycle marketing. Shape how products are presented online—from PDP imagery and video to value-prop messaging and feature callouts. Ensure creative enhances the customer journey across homepage, landing pages, and promotional flows. Concept and oversee end-to-end execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional moments. Deliver integrated assets including photography, video, motion, digital ads, and site creative optimized for performance. Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and content creators. Foster a fast-paced, test-and-learn culture aligned with e-commerce timelines and performance needs. Evolve and maintain brand standards while adapting creative for multiple digital formats and platforms. Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints. Partner closely with Performance Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, UX/UI, and Analytics teams to align creative with growth initiatives. Use performance insights to refine creative direction and continuously optimize output. Stay ahead of e-commerce, digital, and platform trends—especially in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle. Apply insights from consumer behavior, creative testing, and industry trends to keep the brand competitive and relevant. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with strong emphasis on e-commerce and digital-first brands. Proven success driving creative for direct-to-consumer or online retail environments. Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing digital, web, video, and integrated campaigns. Demonstrated ability to lead and scale creative teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

$80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
