By combining user insights, strategic thinking, beautiful design and storytelling, our team creates a wide range of work that drives Google's reputation for being helpful to people, businesses, and communities. Our work also aims to build advocacy and trust in the brand. To achieve that, we're a multidisciplinary team of marketers, strategists, insights specialists, creatives, producers, and engineers who work together to create exceptional marketing. As a Group Social Creative Lead, you will be a visionary who loves setting direction and coordinating teams, just as much as you love prototyping and getting your hands dirty. You are not simply chronically online, but uniquely capable of translating that experience into brand defining work. In short, you will embody the player-coach mindset, with a portfolio that represents that. Your core mission will be to express the Google and Google Search brands across social platforms during this pivotal moment of AI, turning complex ideas into accessible, breakthrough creative. You will identify the best ideas quickly, working with your team to curate them while directing high-level concepts that masterfully balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You will also be passionate about technology and AI. In this role, you will steward the brand by actively fostering high-performance dynamics and maintaining team happiness as you collectively invent "never-been-done-before" work. If you grow in fluid, scrappy environments, can skillfully influence stakeholders from engineering teams to executives, and carry a healthy disrespect for the impossible, you will be instrumental in driving the creative excellence that solves our biggest business challenges. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems-from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can-changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
