Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a senior, hands-on Associate Creative Director to support SMB Marketing and Creative Strategy. This role will act as a creative leader within the team, owning digital-first creative direction while remaining deeply involved in execution. This person will sit in on creative briefings, help determine the right formats and tactics, guide concept development, and jump into production when needed. They will help with anything from paid social assets to motion graphics, banners, and digital prototypes. Every day will look different, you may be advising on creative direction, cleaning up a brand deck, collaborating with agencies, or executing paid social creative hands-on.   • 10+ years of creative experience within B2B
  • Lead concept development for B2B focused digital campaigns
  • Translate briefs into strong digital-first creative across paid social, banners, and web
  • Execute hands-on creative work in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create and edit motion graphics and short-form video content (paid social focus)
  • Digital-first mindset with strong paid social experience
  • Ability to concept, direct, and execute creative independently Strong Figma skills
  • Production or hands-on video editing background
  • Agency experience
  • Experience guiding creative across multiple channels and formats
