Role Summary We are seeking a driven and visionary Art Director to lead and protect the integrity of our brand portfolio across all consumer touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and creative execution — owning everything from visual identity and packaging to new brand development. You will be the creative steward across our three brands — Pupgrade, Pattern Wellness, and Cosy House — collaborating closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure each brand shows up consistently, compellingly, and competitively in the marketplace. Brand Portfolio The Art Director will work across the following brands: Pupgrade- A pet wellness brand focused on upgrading the lives of dogs and their owners through premium products. Pattern Wellness- A health and wellness brand built around intentional, pattern-driven approaches to everyday wellbeing. Cosy House- A home goods brand delivering comfort-first products that turn everyday living spaces into cozy retreats. Key Responsibilities Brand Integrity & Identity Serve as the ultimate steward of brand standards, ensuring visual and tonal consistency across all consumer-facing materials. Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines including typography, color systems, photography direction, and voice. Review and approve all creative output across packaging, digital, retail, and campaign materials. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align brand expression with business objectives. Packaging Design Lead the creative strategy and design execution for all product packaging, from concept through production-ready art. Oversee structural and graphic packaging development in collaboration with product and operations teams. Ensure packaging design meets regulatory, retail, and brand requirements while driving shelf impact. Manage packaging timelines and vendor relationships. New Brand Development Lead the end-to-end creative development of new brand identities, from naming and positioning to visual language and launch assets. Translate market research and consumer insights into distinctive, ownable brand concepts. Pitch brand concepts internally to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Build and document brand architecture for new product lines and sub-brands. Qualifications Required 5-8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally within CPG. Proven track record owning brand identity and packaging design end-to-end. Exceptional eye for design with fluency in typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Experience leading and developing creative teams. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand system development and packaging work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma a plus. Preferred Experience launching new brands or sub-brands within a CPG portfolio. Familiarity with retail and e-commerce packaging requirements (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target). Understanding of print production and pre-press processes. Experience working with consumer research and translating insights into creative briefs. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
