You'll collaborate with strategists, communicators, and other creatives in the ICOM global network to bring bold ideas to life while keeping an eye on deadlines, budgets, and results. And here's the honest truth: this is one of the most exciting moments in history to be an Art Director. AI tools are expanding what's possible

We're leaning into that, and we want someone who is too. What You'll Do Perform across mediums: print, digital, social, video, and environmental. Take projects from concept to final production with precision and creativity. Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients to deliver work that resonates. Leverage AI design tools to accelerate workflows, explore concepts faster, and push creative boundaries. Balance artistry with practicality — turning bold ideas into market-ready assets. Learn, adapt, and push yourself creatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related field. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with AI design tools and a demonstrated eagerness to master them. Knowledge of lighting, photography, and videography is a plus.
