North Forty is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Art Director to join its team onsite in Hiawatha, IA. As the Senior Art Director , you will lead the creative process day-to-day, shaping ideas into compelling visual work across channels while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders. You'll maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure every deliverable is aligned with client goals and brand standards. Job Duties:

Lead creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and deliverables Translate communication strategies and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts in collaboration with cross-functional teams Develop and present design concepts across a range of channels, tailoring work to meet both client objectives and audience needs Review and approve creative deliverables before submission to leadership, ensuring alignment with brand standards, strategic objectives, and quality expectations Own the visual direction and execution of projects, maintaining high standards of design quality, consistency, and brand integrity Ensure all final deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and established guidelines across print and digital assets

Job Requirements:

Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, visual communication, or related field required 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related creative role Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Demonstrated experience leading creative projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams You bring your ideas, and North Forty will give you the space to run with them.
