Believers Church About This Role Believers Church is looking for a passionate, Spirit-filled creative leader who loves Jesus, loves the local church, and believes creativity can be a powerful tool for reaching people and building the Kingdom of God. This isn't just a design job. It's an opportunity to help tell the story of what God is doing at Believers Church through visuals, media, communication, and creative experiences. We're looking for someone who can dream, create, lead, and execute while helping our church communicate with excellence both inside and outside our walls. The Creative Content Director will oversee the creative vision and communication strategy of Believers Church while producing engaging content that inspires people to take their next step with Christ. What You'll Do Lead Creativity Protect and develop the visual identity of Believers Church. Create graphics, videos, and media that support weekend services, ministries, and special events. Help shape the creative direction of sermon series, campaigns, and churchwide initiatives. Ensure everything we produce reflects excellence, clarity, and the heart of Believers church. Tell Our Story and Promote Kingdom Culture Lead our social media presence and digital communication efforts. Create content that reaches people, engages our church family, and helps guests connect. Manage online advertising and communication that helps people move from seeing an ad to walking through our doors. Capture and communicate the stories of life change happening in our church. Support the Weekend Experience Prepare sermon graphics, screens, livestream assets, and service media. Help ensure every weekend experience is visually excellent and distraction-free. Maintain our website, podcast platforms, and digital communication channels. Serve Ministry Leaders Partner with pastors and ministry leaders to create resources, promotional materials, and event graphics. Help ministries communicate effectively and consistently. Bring creative solutions to ministry opportunities and challenges. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a genuine and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Loves the local church and believes in its mission. Is faithful, teachable, humble, and team-oriented. Thrives in both creative brainstorming and practical execution. Has a strong eye for design, storytelling, and communication. Can take a project from idea to completion. Is comfortable working in a fast-paced ministry environment. Is flexible and available when ministry requires evenings or weekends. Skills & Experience Experience in the following areas is important: Graphic design Social media management Content creation Photography and videography Video editing Branding and visual communication Website management Digital marketing and advertising Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, ProPresenter, Planning Center, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms is highly preferred. What Success Looks Like Our church communicates with excellence and consistency. People are engaged through meaningful digital content. Guests find it easy to connect and take next steps. Ministry leaders feel supported and equipped. Creative projects are completed with excellence and on time. The story of what God is doing at Believers Church is told in a compelling and authentic way.
