Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Art Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content that aligns with our creative vision and business objectives. Responsibilities Develop concepts for video projects in collaboration with the creative team, ensuring alignment with overall objectives. Create compelling narratives, mood boards, and storyboards that effectively convey the intended message. Provide art direction during production, guiding talent and ensuring visual consistency. Manage the post-production process, collaborating with editors and audio engineers to meet creative standards. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Skills Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in video concepting and art direction. Strong ability to tell authentic and engaging stories through video content. Proficiency in video production tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. A strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of current video and social media trends. Preferred Skills Experience with sound design and color grading. Animation skills to enhance video content. Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
