Job Description

Role Overview The Creative Manager is responsible for shaping and elevating the visual and storytelling standards of the brand across all channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—leading creative direction, managing projects and people, and ensuring all output reflects a premium, consistent, and consumer-first brand experience. This individual will oversee the development of integrated campaigns, guide a team of creatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring ideas to life, from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities Creative & Brand Strategy Own and evolve the brand's visual identity, voice, and creative standards across all touchpoints Translate business objectives into compelling, insight-driven creative strategies Ensure consistency across campaigns, digital, in-store, and partnership activations Act as brand steward, elevating quality, clarity, and differentiation in all outputs Lead end-to-end creative development for integrated marketing campaigns Concept and execute campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels Develop campaign messaging frameworks, visual systems, and rollout plans Partner with media and IT teams to optimize performance and creative effectiveness Oversee creative workflows from brief to final delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Implement and refine processes that improve speed, clarity, and output quality Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and creative contributors Review and approve all creative assets across digital, print, and environmental formats Oversee the creation of renderings for new locations, signage, and experiential concepts Develop and refine copy across campaigns, ads, email, SMS, and web Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand voice Translate partnership assets into high-impact marketing campaigns and activations Collaborate with external partners to ensure brand alignment and maximize value Qualifications 5+ years of experience in creative, brand, or marketing roles Proven ability to lead creative strategy and execute across multiple channels Strong portfolio demonstrating design, campaign work, and brand development Experience managing and developing creative teams Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities What Sets You Apart You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution You have a sharp eye for detail and a high standard for quality You understand how to translate business goals into creative output that drives results You thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage competing priorities with ease You bring a consumer-first mindset to every decision
