Job Description

Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Junior YouTube Creative
  • Writer / Director / Editor to join our dynamic content production team.
This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a strong background in video and photo editing, motion graphics, and content creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, filming, editing, and delivering engaging multimedia content tailored for YouTube audiences. A keen eye for visual storytelling, proficiency with industry-standard software, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape compelling digital narratives and elevate our brand presence across social media platforms. Duties Develop creative concepts and scripts for YouTube videos aligned with brand goals and audience interests Direct and oversee video shoots, including filming and capturing high-quality footage using professional videography techniques Edit raw footage into polished videos utilizing Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid, incorporating motion graphics and visual effects with Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D Enhance photos through editing, manipulation, and retouching using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, or Adobe Bridge Design engaging graphics, typography, and visual elements using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to complement video content Create 2D and 3D animations with Maya or other animation software to add dynamic visual effects Manage post-production workflows including color grading, sound editing, and final output formatting suitable for YouTube publishing Maintain organized content management systems (CMS) for efficient project tracking and asset storage Collaborate with team members on content strategy, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all multimedia assets Stay updated on industry trends in video production, editing techniques, and social media content strategies Requirements YouTube Crazy!!
  • We mean it Proven experience in video production, editing, and post-production workflows using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, or Avid systems Strong skills in photo editing and manipulation with Adobe Lightroom or Capture One Expertise in motion graphics design using Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D Knowledge of photography principles and videography techniques including filming and lighting setups Familiarity with 3D animation (Maya), 2D animation tools, typography design, and graphic design principles Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and FTP protocols for asset management Ability to conceptualize creative ideas from script to final cut while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment A portfolio demonstrating previous work in video editing, motion graphics, photography, or related creative projects is highly preferred What You'll Master In Your First 3 Months You'll rotate through everything that brings the Spy Ninjas universe to life: Story Development & Writing•Script engaging narratives, challenges, and character arcs.

Role Type:
Full-time employment, starting with 3 months of paid onboarding/training
Compensation:
Competitive salary (disclosed upon application) Fluency in spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with guests and team members and to perform essential job duties.
  • Finalists will be paid to complete freelance editing assignments during the spring to evaluate placement in the program, which begins in July 2026.
