Director of Creative Engagement & Wellbeing 62 Springvale Road, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520 From $38.46 an hour - Full-time From $38.46 an hour - Full-time Bethel Springvale Inn Assisted Living is a premier senior living community offering a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where residents thrive through cultural stimulation, connection, and meaningful experiences. Our community includes assisted living accommodations and supportive services, and we are experiencing a growing population of diverse elders seeking vibrant and meaningful opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic, and creative Director of Creative Engagement & Wellbeing to lead and elevate our resident programming. This position will supervise and guide the Activities Director to grow the enrichment program. This is a high-visibility leadership position responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and execution of a comprehensive activities across various domains of well-being including expressive arts, gardening, baking, physical movement, intellectual and sensory stimulation. You will own and manage the day-to-day operation of resident programming, with a strong focus on enriching the lives of our residents and connections within the outer community. You'll serve as both a program strategist and hands-on facilitator, ensuring residents have access to engaging, diverse, and meaningful experiences that promote connection, creativity, and overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management and execution of resident programming Plan and facilitate on-site and off-site events, trips, and experiences Build a robust and evolving calendar of programs tailored to resident interests Coordinate logistics including room setup and catering Foster strong, visible relationships with residents and families to drive participation and engagement Partner with internal departments and external vendors to deliver high-quality events Ensure programming reflects a balance of cultural, social, intellectual, and recreational opportunities Be able to develop programming for diverse residents with and without cognitive and physical challenges Why Join Bethel Springvale Inn, Opportunity to build and shape programming for a growing elder resident population High-impact and essential role with daily resident interaction and visibility Supportive, team-oriented environment in a welcoming community setting!
