Founder About the Role We're looking for an Art Director who can transform ideas into a world people want to be part of. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the visual language of the brand across campaigns, product launches, social media, website, packaging, editorials, and every customer-facing experience. You'll work closely with the Founder to build a timeless luxury streetwear brand with cinematic storytelling, ensuring every visual feels intentional, premium, and instantly recognizable. The role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, turning concepts into cohesive creative systems that scale with the brand. Responsibilities Own and evolve the brand's visual identity across all platforms. Translate creative direction into compelling visual concepts and campaigns. Develop mood boards, color systems, typography, layouts, and creative treatments.
Lead art direction for:
Product campaigns Photoshoots Videos Social media Website Email marketing Packaging Lookbooks Pop-up experiences Direct photographers, videographers, stylists, set designers, models, and freelance creatives during productions. Review and approve creative work before publication. Ensure every piece of content maintains a consistent premium aesthetic. Collaborate with fashion designers to ensure graphics, trims, labels, and branding align with the overall vision. Research trends across fashion, architecture, film, music, anime, sports, and culture while creating original creative directions rather than following trends. Build visual guidelines and creative systems that scale as the company grows. Organize creative assets and maintain brand consistency across every department. Help plan product launches and seasonal campaign concepts months in advance. Qualifications Experience in Art Direction, Brand Design, or Creative Design. Strong portfolio showcasing premium branding and visual storytelling. Deep understanding of luxury, streetwear, fashion, and contemporary culture. Exceptional taste and attention to detail. Experience directing photoshoots and campaign production. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma is a plus. Motion design knowledge is a bonus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
