Job Description
We're looking for a Creative Director who brings equal parts creative vision and hands-on execution. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll partner directly with Marketing and Creative to define and evolve a brand's visual identity across packaging, retail, ecommerce, paid media, and social. You'll translate brand strategy into work that is cohesive, commercially effective, and impossible to ignore. The ideal candidate is a packaging expert, systems thinker, and creative leader who understands how to build a brand that feels consistent everywhere it shows up—from a retailer shelf to a TikTok feed.

Full Time | Temp to Hire or Direct Hire What You'll Be Doing Brand & Creative Leadership Own and evolve the brand's visual identity across packaging, digital, print, retail, and paid channels Develop and maintain design systems and creative guidelines that ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints Partner with Marketing and Creative leadership to translate brand strategy into compelling creative direction Drive the visual development of key product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives Packaging & Product Design Lead structural and graphic packaging design from concept through production-ready execution Oversee materials, finishes, dielines, print production, and vendor relationships Ensure packaging delivers both exceptional shelf presence and brand consistency Omnichannel Creative Execution Maintain creative excellence across ecommerce, retail, paid media, social, and in-store environments Collaborate with Product Development, Copywriting, Marketing, and Studio teams to bring concepts to life Guide campaign creative from initial concept through launch execution Team Leadership & Operations Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers Review and approve creative work while maintaining high standards for craft and quality Partner with Creative Services and Project Management to keep projects moving on time and on brief Balance multiple launches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Performance-Focused Creativity Develop creative that not only looks great but drives engagement and conversion Understand how creative needs to adapt across channels, audiences, and platforms Leverage emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to accelerate and enhance the creative process What We're Looking For 8+ years of design experience with significant packaging experience in beauty, personal care, lifestyle, or consumer products 3+ years of experience leading and managing creative teams Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, brand systems, campaign development, and production-ready execution Deep expertise in packaging design, print production, materials, finishes, and structural design Experience creating cohesive brand systems across physical and digital environments Strong understanding of ecommerce, paid media, social, and retail creative Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Proven ability to lead creative reviews, provide actionable feedback, and elevate team performance Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills Passion for beauty, consumer brands, and visual storytelling
