Role:
Omaha has a growing creative and marketing scene, and at Aspib Botanical Art Studio , we bring a high standard of visual storytelling to every brand we work with. We design bold, strategic, and modern creative assets that help businesses stand out across digital, print, and campaign channels. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of visual direction and elevate our creative output. This is not just a production design role—you will define brand identity, guide visual strategy, and lead the creative execution of high-impact marketing work. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual experiences. You are the person who ensures every visual decision has purpose, consistency, and emotional impact. You don't just execute design—you lead it. Why Work With Us?
Creative Ownership:
You will have real influence over brand direction and campaign visuals from concept to execution. Your ideas will shape how audiences see and experience the brand.
Collaborative Environment:
Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams who value strong design thinking and creative input.
Diverse Projects:
From digital campaigns and branding systems to print materials and social content, you will work across a wide variety of creative challenges.
Modern Workflow:
We use industry-standard design tools and streamlined processes that allow you to focus on high-quality creative work rather than unnecessary bureaucracy.
Growth Opportunity:
This role is designed for someone ready to step into a leadership position and grow into a broader creative leadership track over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction:
Lead the visual direction of branding, marketing campaigns, and creative assets across digital and print platforms. Ensure consistency, originality, and high visual standards across all outputs.
Brand Development:
Build and maintain strong visual identity systems, including typography, color systems, and layout frameworks that support scalable brand growth.
Campaign Design:
Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts for ads, social media, web, and print campaigns.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders. Provide guidance, feedback, and creative direction to maintain high-quality output.
Design Execution:
Create high-quality designs when needed, from concept development through final production and delivery.
Stakeholder Communication:
Present creative concepts clearly and confidently, explaining design decisions and aligning visual work with business goals.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or art direction, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign work, and visual identity systems. We are looking for process-driven work, not just final visuals—show us how you think.
