Intelvio • Full-time Sr. Creative Director About the role Intelvio is looking for a Sr. Creative Director to lead brand stewardship, creative strategy, and visual execution across a growing portfolio of healthcare education brands. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Organic Growth, and Content teams to transform positioning, messaging, and campaign objectives into compelling creative experiences that drive engagement, acquisition, and brand growth. You'll oversee brand governance, creative operations, design systems, and multi-channel creative execution while ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across all customer touchpoints. What you'll do Lead creative strategy and brand stewardship. Develop and maintain brand systems, visual standards, and creative governance across the brand portfolio, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and alignment with business objectives. Translate strategy into creative execution. Partner with Product Marketing Managers to transform positioning, messaging frameworks, audience insights, and campaign objectives into effective creative strategies, concepts, and customer experiences. Direct multi-channel creative development. Lead creative direction across digital, web, social, email, print, video, events, and other customer-facing experiences while ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing priorities. Oversee digital experiences. Guide the design and creative development of websites, landing pages, email templates, and digital experiences that support usability, engagement, conversion, and brand consistency. Manage creative production and operations. Oversee creative workflows, resource planning, production schedules, vendor relationships, asset management, and creative processes that support efficient execution and organizational growth. Ensure creative quality and performance. Review and approve creative assets while partnering with marketing teams to evaluate creative effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and improve customer engagement. Lead multimedia and production initiatives. Provide creative direction and oversight for photography, video, events, and multimedia projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand and campaign objectives. Develop creative talent and capabilities. Mentor creative team members, establish creative best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. What you'll bring 7+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership, brand design, art direction, or related disciplines. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign development, and multi-channel creative execution. Expertise in visual design, brand governance, digital experiences, user experience (UX), and creative storytelling. Experience leading creative projects, managing vendors, and directing multidisciplinary creative resources across design, photography, video, and production. Experience designing digital experiences and supporting integrated marketing initiatives across brand, product marketing, digital marketing, and growth marketing programs. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and modern creative workflows. Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and creative leadership skills. Nice to have Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-segment organizations. Familiarity with healthcare, education, training, certification, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools, workflows, and content production technologies. Compensation The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location. Final compensation is determined through a holistic review of each candidate's background and qualifications.
