$110,000 - $135,000 base salary + a 15% elligible bonus Job Description Our client, a leading brand in the health and fitness space, is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Creative to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role is based in Boston, MA or Hampton, NH, with onsite presence required Monday through Wednesday and remote flexibility on Thursdays and Fridays. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on driving performance-based creative strategy across paid media and web channels. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in dynamic creative optimization (DCO), data-driven storytelling, and creative automation to scale personalized experiences and maximize campaign results. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end creative strategy for paid media and web, ensuring assets are brand-aligned and performance-driven Build, scale, and manage a dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) program, including vendor oversight and cross-functional collaboration Leverage data, insights, and audience segmentation to develop and optimize personalized creative at scale Partner with Brand, Media, CRM, Analytics, and Technology teams to align targeting and execution Own the creative testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing, and translate results into actionable insights Drive automation, innovation, and continuous optimization across campaigns Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance creative, or creative automation (ideally within a national consumer or multi-location brand) Hands-on experience with dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) platforms such as Google, Meta, Smartly, Innovid, or similar Strong expertise in data-driven creative strategy, personalization, and dynamic ad tech Proven ability to translate data into impactful creative direction Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Passion for health and fitness Bachelor's degree required Why This Role Opportunity to build and scale a best-in-class dynamic creative optimization program Collaborative, cross-functional environment with strong stakeholder exposure Focus on innovation, testing, and measurable performance impact Competitive compensation and flexible hybrid work schedule If you are a performance creative leader who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and storytelling, this is a strong opportunity to make a measurable impact In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
