Full-service advertising agency is looking to add the position of Art Director! We are looking for those who will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn new skills and apply them to a multitude of industries. If you are more of a Graphic Designer who fits that description, please feel free to send in your resume. The strongest candidates will possess the following traits: Skilled in branding design and management, logo development, page layout and general print and web graphics. And have the keen ability to speak up when a particular task is a challenge. (We all have our strengths and weaknesses!) Fluent in Adobe CC Platform for Mac Understanding of Agency-Level Quality and Consistency Proficiency in PowerPoint and Other Presentation Tools Will be able to design using the latest Chat GPT programming (Just Kidding!) Ability to Manage Multiple Design Projects Organizational skills (Files are kept neat and other people can find when not in office) Can be described as friendly, confident and fun but most of all, energetic! This position will report to the owner but will work with other teammates. This is a small agency, so each person has to carry their own weight and has to produce by creating quality work in a reasonable to exceptional timeframe. Successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work on their own with appropriate supervision, be accountable for ongoing projects and be aggressive to see a project through to the finish.

Brochures of all shapes and sizes Social Marketing Posts Direct mail Internal educational and marketing signage External and Internal retail show room floor design and mockups Trade show booth graphics Training manuals PowerPoint Presentations Digital ads and graphics Email campaign graphics And More! Advertising Agency offers a nice working space and coffee's not too bad. We are located in a nice, open space in West Knoxville.
