Full Job Description Location:

Dallas, TX 75248 (Onsite, 5 days/week, 10 AM to 3 PM)

Duration:

1 month (Contract) We are seeking an Interim Creative Director to support our team on a 25-hour-per-week basis for a 1-month engagement. This role will be fully onsite in Dallas and will play a key part in leading and executing creative work across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing design work with project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute hands-on creative work across print, digital, and social channels. Manage and prioritize incoming creative requests for the in-house design team. Partner with external print vendors to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards. Oversee creative consistency and ensure alignment with overall brand identity. Contribute as both a strategic thinker and individual designer.

Top Must-Haves:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Agency or hospitality experience required. Ability to be hands-on while leading creative execution.

Preferred Experience:

Background in restaurant or hospitality industries. Experience working with external production or print vendors. Familiarity with Figma.

Skills & Tools:

Expertise across print, digital, and social design. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
