• Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, designers, and production teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and artists, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials and platforms.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, helping them grow and refine their skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our creative outputs remain cutting-edge and competitive.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate visual design with other elements of marketing and production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Present and articulate creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Ensure that all visual outputs are aligned with the client's objectives and meet the company's quality standards.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior design or art direction role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design proficiency.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop creative talent.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and inspire others.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
