Vice President of Creative American Fork, UT Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Branding Case studies Data-driven decision making Performance marketing Full Job Description Position Overview The Vice President of Creative is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving high performing, conversion focused creative across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and direct response marketing, ensuring all creative output not only elevates brand identity but also delivers measurable business results. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in social first creative, performance marketing, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of how data, production, and emerging technologies shape modern creative execution. What You'll Own Lead the development of high performing direct response creative across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Balance brand and performance creative Oversee production and (preferred) direct on-set shoots Guide post-production best practices for performance Leverage data to inform creative decisions Integrate AI tools into creative workflows Lead and develop creative team What You Bring Proven track record in direct response creative for social platforms, supported by case studies and measurable results Strong understanding of performance marketing platforms Ability to balance brand and performance creative Team management and leadership experience Expertise in post-production for conversion Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive creative decisions Preferred Experience with on set directing and production leadership Background in creative strategy at a high-growth or performance-driven company Familiarity with AI video generation tools and their application in modern creative workflows Success Metrics Consistently producing creative that drives measurable growth (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) Increased creative testing velocity Scalable creative frameworks Developing a high-performing, accountable, and innovative creative team
