  • $120,000 /yr Posted May 01, 2026 Our client is hiring a strategic, highly skilled Art Director to lead the visual expression of a growing brand across digital, social, web, events, and marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for a design leader who pairs strong creative vision with exceptional execution. You'll partner closely with creative and marketing leadership to bring big ideas to life, ensure brand consistency, and elevate creative output across every touchpoint. This role is in-office 5 days per week with flexibility. There will be approximately 10% travel in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead concept development from idea through execution across campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
  • Shape and evolve the brands visual system, maintaining quality and consistency at scale
  • Design compelling assets for web, social, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Drive end-to-end event and experiential marketing creative, including trade show and exhibition design
  • Mentor designers and provide creative direction, feedback, and leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategy into impactful visual storytelling
  • Integrate modern tools, including AI, into scalable and efficient creative workflows
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in brand, visual, or campaign design (agency or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio showing strategic thinking, brand systems, and high-level execution
  • Proven experience building and extending scalable design systems
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience designing for digital, experiential, and campaign-driven environments
  • Confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and inspire stakeholders
  • High standards for craft, collaboration, and brand integrity In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
