In this role, you will drive innovative design strategies, oversee the development of engaging digital and print content, and ensure that all creative outputs align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Your leadership will inspire a team of talented designers, illustrators, and content creators to produce high-impact visuals that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate creative leader to influence the future of our visual storytelling and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative projects across digital design, web design, print advertising, and multimedia content. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop branding strategies that resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand identity. Oversee the creation of layouts, illustrations, photography, and video content using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, InVision, Sketch, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications. Provide art direction for visual design elements ensuring consistency in color theory, typography, and overall aesthetic quality. Manage and mentor a team of designers and artists, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for web (HTML, CSS) and print formats while adhering to project deadlines. Stay current with industry trends in digital design, marketing techniques, video production, and emerging technologies to keep our creative output fresh and competitive. Qualifications Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, web design, illustration, and multimedia projects. Extensive knowledge of graphic design principles including layout design, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, InVision, Sketch, and related tools for designing digital interfaces and prototypes. Familiarity with video editing software and video production techniques is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to articulate creative concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns that include print advertising, social media content, web development (HTML/CSS), photography, and video content creation.
