• :•+ Contribute to and help shape campaign ideas from the start + Translate ideas into clear visual directions and systems + Develop layouts, compositions, and visual approaches + Help define how ideas show up across channels + Guide and refine design execution for quality and consistency + Work across disciplines to bring ideas to life + Present work with clear visual rationale + Manage multiple deliverables •You will need:•+ 5+ years of art direction experience + A portfolio that shows strong ideas and polished execution across platforms + Photo and video direction fundamentals (light, composition, pacing) + Ability to turn strategy into compelling visual stories + Strong collaboration and communication skills + Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite + curiosity around AI tools + A bachelor's degree in art, design, or equivalent experience in a related field.

• - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $61,232.00 - $104,094.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
