Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging campaigns in collaboration with copywriters, ensuring they align with brand objectives. Gain a deep understanding of diverse audiences to create culturally relevant and impactful creative content. Design scalable creative systems that enhance brand reach and effectiveness. Present creative concepts to stakeholders, using data and rationale to support decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative outputs meet strategic goals. Stay informed on global trends and issues to keep creative content fresh and relevant. Provide constructive feedback to external partners to maintain high creative standards. Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative team or agency setting. Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and visual craftsmanship. Proficiency in animation tools like AfterEffects or Premier Pro. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling and marketing. Preferred Skills Advanced animation skills and experience with mobile-first digital marketing. Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus. Experience collaborating with copywriters and using AI writing tools. Understanding of channel testing and validation processes.
