Mascot Performer

Description The Montgomery Biscuits are offering a season-long part-time position in our Marketing Department. The Mascot Performer will serve as the primary performer for the 2026 season and assist in the execution of a variety of events at DABOS Park and around the Montgomery community. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform as Big Mo during Biscuits home games and in the surrounding areas for various functions and events Demonstrate and maintain Biscuits brand standards while serving as an ambassador of the brand Provide a fun, entertaining and positive experience by interacting and engaging with all guests during activations, events, and games. Promote the Biscuits by creating a positive and exciting atmosphere while interacting with fans and sponsors. Assist with additional Biscuits grassroots and marketing events as needed Required skills, experience & abilities Ability to work majority of Biscuits home games Previous mascot performance preferred (collegiate/professional) Must be a minimum of 19 years of age Must be able to lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds Must be able to climb ladders, carry, walk, sit, push, pull and move continuously during work hours Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population, including strong and confident verbal communication skills.
