The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and entertainment, with the ability to create an exciting atmosphere at events. As a DJ, you will be responsible for selecting and mixing music, interacting with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to various audiences. Responsibilities Curate and mix music playlists tailored to the event's theme and audience preferences. Set up and operate sound equipment, ensuring optimal audio quality throughout the event. Engage with guests through public speaking, making announcements, and encouraging participation. Collaborate with event planners to understand specific requirements and expectations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly. Manage heavy lifting of equipment during setup and breakdown of events. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while performing at all events. Requirements Proven experience as a DJ is

REQUIRED

Reliable transportation that can transport DJ equipment (speakers, mixers, stands, and equipment bags Ability to lift/setup/tear-down and manage heavy equipment Must be physically able to work long days up to 12 hours per shift Must be available to work Saturdays and most Fridays and Sundays as well Outgoing personality; high energy Strong interpersonal and communication skills Laptop computer Able to legally work in the US Must be at least 18 years old Professionalism On-time for events and meetings Professional dress code for events and meetings Answers emails and calls in a timely manner (within 24 hours) Works well with others (including peers, vendors, clients)
