Job Description

Do you love gaming, technology, and creating fun experiences for others? Join our team at VRNexGEN , a cutting-edge Virtual Arcade Arena , where entertainment meets innovation! We're looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to help deliver unforgettable VR gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a fun and safe environment. Guide players through VR experiences and explain game instructions. Handle check-ins, payments, and reservations. Maintain and sanitize VR headsets, controllers, and equipment. Monitor games, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and reset stations as needed. Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly. Support birthday parties, group events, and tournaments.

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented. Interest in gaming, VR, or entertainment (training provided). Ability to learn basic technical troubleshooting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible shifts (weekends, evenings, holidays). Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
