In this dynamic role, you will inspire youth through the art of DJing, music mixing, and creative arts, fostering a fun and educational environment. Your expertise will help students develop their musical talents, learn about sound equipment, and explore the vibrant world of performing arts. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners while sharing your love for music and creativity. Duties Design and implement an engaging curriculum focused on DJing, music mixing, and performing arts tailored for middle school students Teach students fundamental skills for DJing, beat matching, sound equipment operation, and musical creativity Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior guidance Maintain a safe, inclusive space that encourages collaboration, artistic exploration, and respect among students Experience Professional experience DJing live events (required) Prior experience teaching youth programs or working with children in an educational or extracurricular setting (desired) Familiarity with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques (desired) Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations Background clearance (Required) Join us to inspire the next generation of artists!
