Game Presentation - Seasonal Assistant

The Los Angeles Chargers are looking for a dependable, hard-working and creative individual to join the Game Presentation team as a Game Presentation - Seasonal Assistant for the 2026-27 NFL Season. The focus of this seasonal position is to support the Game Presentation staff in their effort to engage fans during Los Angeles Chargers home games at SoFi Stadium and additional events. The chosen candidate will receive experience in live event production, management, logistics, creative asset tracking, and research. This is a seasonal, non-exempt, position which will end after the conclusion of the 2026-27 NFL Season.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist field and stage producers during Chargers home games with presentation elements during pregame, halftime, and in-game live hits Brainstorm and collaborate with Chargers staff on all aspects of game day - team introductions, TV timeouts, sponsor obligations and more Research new and creative tools to improve the fan experience at Chargers home games Prepare run of show, timing documents, and field diagrams for game day assistants Keep an accurate inventory and record of sponsorship requirements for each home game at SoFi Stadium Assist with the communication and logistics for features and guests Work cross-functionally with various organizational departments to track projects Support oversight of Game Day Assistants Work with external vendors on various projects Other duties as assigned

Ability to work in a team environment Highly organized and detailed approach to work Professional demeanor Attention to detail and event timelines Awareness of current cultural trends Problem solving in high-pressure situations Effective communicator in fast-paced environments Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and all Chargers home games at SoFi Stadium Working knowledge of Google Drive, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), ShoFlo a plus Familiarity with control room software (Ross XPression, DreamCatcher) a plus Applicant must: Have authorization to work in the U.S. Have a current driver's license Be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events Attach a current resume and cover letter Answer all "Job Questions" below This position will pay $17.87 an hour.
