As The Operations Crew Member, You Will... The Operations Crew Member position will provide support to the Operations department regarding event setup, tear down, changeovers, and daily operational tasks. This position will be responsible for completing the scope of work within established timelines, both provided efficiently and safely. The Operations Crew Member is responsible for assisting with the movement, pickup, delivery, and installation of equipment, furniture, and other materials. Accountable for executing tasks in continual preparation and upkeep of events, venues, and campus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as event operations and conversion staff who move, pick up, and/or deliver equipment supplies and other materials as needed by the event and/or SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park Execute tasks as directed by the Operations Lead and/or full-time team members of the Operations department Deliver, install, modify, or move furniture as required or requested to allow the facility and associated staff to operate smoothly. Execute daily facility operational tasks in a manner that ensures optimal service and cost efficiency. Operate pallet jacks (manual and motorized). Maintain compliance with all Hollywood Park and applicable agency safety policies. Ensure that Hollywood Park policies, procedures, and all safety requirements are administered properly within the personal scope of work. Ensure comprehension of training in areas of non-compliance with Hollywood Park standards/policies. Provide excellent customer service to the Hollywood Park community across all venues and campus property. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or it's equivalency Bachelor's degree or pursuit of a degree in sport management, hospitality management, or facility management, preferred. Strong project execution skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and safely under time constraints. Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must exert a well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis, sit, bend, stand, stoop, climb, grasp, stretch, and walk for long periods. Able to communicate with all crew members effectively Previous experience in event-related project sites, preferred. Normally controlled environment HEIGHTS…………………………… Comfortable with working heights Hours of Operations and Work Schedule SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park Management Company is an event-based business. This is a part-time, event-based position. You can expect to be scheduled for weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your department needs may vary, and you will be provided with a specific work schedule based on business and event needs. Availability Team Members submit their availability every Wednesday for a 3 week period. General availability is coordinated with the Event Operations and Scheduling Manager. Team members will provide a minimum of 4 days/month of availability for SoFi Stadium. In order to maintain active part-time status, team members must submit their availability for a minimum of 70% of scheduled events. Team members need to be available for a minimum of 7 (seven) of those events. Submitting your availability does not guarantee that you will be scheduled for all events.

Compensation Hourly Range:

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
