Full Job Description Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (such as kegs or cases of alcohol)
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures

- check people entering for weapons
- Ability to deal with intoxicated persons, disruptive patrons or any disobedience with establishment rules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and effective communication with team members and visitors
- Ability to manage conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures, security protocols, and surveillance systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any required licenses or certifications
