Entrepreneurial Bar Operator / Community Builder (Profit Share + Multi-Location Opportunity)

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly outgoing operator to take over leadership of one of our Kava Culture locations and rebuild it into a thriving community hub. This is not a traditional bar manager role. We are looking for someone who wants to treat the bar like their own business , drive traffic, build a loyal community, and grow revenue. The right person will have significant income upside through a tiered profit-sharing structure and the potential to manage multiple locations as the business grows. The Opportunity The right operator will: Rebuild a strong sense of community and culture inside the bar Actively drive traffic and sales Organize events and bring people together Build relationships with local businesses and groups Network throughout the community Lead grassroots marketing efforts Develop regular customers and loyal advocates This role is about creating energy and momentum around the location. You are responsible for making the bar a place people want to be . What Success Looks Like Successful operators will: Build a strong base of regular customers Host consistent events and gatherings Create partnerships with local organizations Increase overall customer traffic and ticket volume Establish the location as a community hub Operators who perform well will have the opportunity to expand their role and manage additional locations .
