Our events consist of weddings, quinces, baby showers, and other milestone events. The ideal candidate will be someone that is personable and has a passion for music and entertainment, with the ability to create an enjoyable atmosphere for guests at various events. As a DJ, you will be responsible for touching base with the client prior to their event in order to set expectations and retrieve any relevant DJ-related info to their event. We are looking for someone that has a knack for interacting with the audience and ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. Responsibilities Curate and mix music playlists tailored to the event's theme and audience preferences. Engage with guests through thru making announcements and encouraging participation. Manage lighting in the reception area and dance floor. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Collaborate with event planners to understand specific requirements and expectations for each event. Requirements Proven experience as a DJ specifically for weddings and quinces. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Knowledge of various music genres and trends to cater to different audiences. Ability to perform announcement duties confidently in front of large crowds. On-call willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
