Banana Wind Bar & Grill is seeking an energetic, professional House Band to help build a premier live music venue focused on a fun, upbeat, dance-oriented experience for adults ages 35-70 . We are looking for musicians who understand how to keep a crowd engaged, fill a dance floor, and create memorable nights that bring guests back week after week. What We're Looking ForMusic Style Classic Rock Southern Rock Country Rock 70s, 80s, 90s Hits Dance Favorites Beach & Tropical Party Music Modern crowd favorites that fit a mature audience Ideal Artists 3-6 piece bands Strong lead vocalist Ability to interact with guests Professional appearance Reliable transportation and equipment Social media presence a plus Performance OpportunitiesHouse Band Schedule 3-6 Full Band Shows Per Month 2-4 Solo or Duo Performances Per Month Special events, holidays, bike nights, festivals, and private parties The goal is to build a long-term relationship where the House Band becomes synonymous with Banana Wind and helps grow attendance and revenue. Compensation Compensation will be structured around: Initial Performance Fees Competitive market rates Negotiated based on band size and experience Growth Incentives As attendance and venue revenue grow, additional opportunities may include: Increased performance fees Revenue sharing opportunities Bonus incentives tied to attendance Ticketed special events Small cover charge events Sponsorship opportunities Merchandise sales We are looking for partners who want to help build something special—not just another one-night gig.

Position Title House Band / Featured Entertainment Partner Reports To General Manager / Ownership ResponsibilitiesPerformance Deliver high-energy live performances Maintain a dance-friendly atmosphere Perform 3-4 hour shows Provide appropriate break music Crowd Engagement Encourage dancing and participation Promote upcoming events Support venue promotions and specials Help create a welcoming atmosphere Marketing Support Promote scheduled appearances on social media Share venue event graphics Assist with community awareness Professional Standards Arrive on time Maintain quality sound levels Respect venue policies Work cooperatively with staff and guests Typical Crowd Our guests are primarily: Ages 35-70 Local residents Retirees Snowbirds Motorcycle enthusiasts Dance and live music fans The ideal House Band understands how to play songs that keep this audience singing, dancing, and staying longer.
