Ideal candidates are dependable, customer-focused, and available for morning shifts. Position Overview The Theater Floor Staff plays a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable moviegoing experience for guests. Team members may be assigned to various zones including Concessions, Ticket Monitoring, Ushering, or Maintenance , depending on daily operational needs. This position reports directly to theater management.

Schedule varies weekly; must be available a combination of weekdays and weekends

Minimum Availability:

4 shifts per week, up to 30 hours if needed Key Responsibilities Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system for ticket and concession sales Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Prepare, operate, and clean all concession equipment (ex. popcorn machines) Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with ticket or seating questions Perform auditorium, lobby and hallway cleaning throughout shifts Conduct restroom checks and maintain cleanliness standards Serve as a Ticket Monitor , checking tickets and enforcing the Rated R policy Assist with opening and closing duties as directed by management Support maintenance projects and general upkeep of the facility Follow all company dress code and safety policies Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have a combination of weekday and weekend availability Must be available for at least four shifts per week Must be able to work up to 30 hours per week if required Must pass a drug test prior to employment No prior experience required - training provided Strong communication and teamwork skills Ideal Candidate Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks This role is perfect for individuals seeking a flexible part-time job in an energetic entertainment environment.
