2026 Touring Water Parade Join the Splash Water Parade Touring Team! The Splash Water Parade is a groundbreaking touring production that combines singers, dancers, breathtaking water effects, cutting-edge technology, and dazzling performances. We're looking for talented individuals with diverse technical, operational, and creative expertise to bring this spectacular parade to life on one of our 2 multi-city tours. All roles are seasonal positions Work is based on a 6 day work week Days are expected to vary between 8 and 10 hours per day Travel and housing are covered completely by the company. Hotel rooms based on double occupancy. Meal expenses are not covered. Rates are flat pay and there is no separate Per DiemBLUE TOUR 2026
Six Flags over Georgia (Austell, GA) = Late May- Mid June Carowinds (Charlotte, NC) = Late June
- Mid July Dorney Park (Allentown, PA) = Early August
- Late August o Most seasonals begin May 12 and run through 8/28 GREEN
TOUR 2026
Kings Dominion (Doswell, VA) = Late June- Mid August o Most seasonals begin June 16 and run through August 14th.
Responsibilities:
Props Technician (2 Per Tour)Responsibilities:
Reports to the Technical Manager Maintain and manage props inventory and condition. Repair and adapt props as needed for performances. Collaborate with performers and directors for prop integration. Pack, transport, and secure props safely between venues. Drive and or direct a float or show vehicle in show or when necessary.Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of experience in prop fabrication, maintenance, and handling for shows and events. Ability to troubleshoot and repair props quickly during performances. Strong organizational skills to manage and transport props across multiple locations. Experience in prop construction and repair.Desired Requirements:
Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to drive a parade float when necessary Experience with props used in theme park environments or outdoor parades. Familiarity with integrating special effects into props.Weekly Pay Rate:
