Job Description
Overview Join the dynamic team at Island Claw Machine Co. as an Event Support Staff member! We are looking for team members to deliver, set-up, and monitor our claw machines at various events across the island of O'ahu! This job is perfect for someone looking to pick up extra hours to make some cash for the summer. Duties Pick up the claw machine (s) from the Island Claw Machine Co. headquarters Must be able to lift/ move the claw machines in and out of vehicles Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, explaining game rules, and ensuring a fun experience for all ages Coordinate with event organizers to ensure timely delivery, installation, and breakdown of equipment within designated schedules Manage on-site logistics such as crowd control, safety protocols, and maintaining a clean environment throughout the event Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any issues promptly and professionally Experience Previous experience in customer service Experience working around kids, events, etc. is preferred but not required Proven time management and reliability Clean driving record/ license required Candidates with a vehicle they can use for the job will be preferred, and we will reimburse all mileage
