We specialize in producing nutrient-dense vegetables and pasture-raised meats , selling directly to consumers at our regional farmers markets. At Tabletop Farms, we have a firm philosophy: We are in the people business —we just happen to grow and sell incredible, farm-fresh products! We are deeply passionate about nutrient density, pasture-based agricultural systems, and connecting with our community. We don't just want to hand over groceries; we want to light up our market stands, build real relationships, and share the magic of fresh farming. We are rapidly expanding within the Kansas City area and are looking for a reliable, energetic Market Attendant to grow with us. Shifts & Locations Available:
We need a flexible team member ready to anchor our mid-week flagship market and step in as a vital "float" across our Saturday locations:
WEDNESDAYS
(Primary / Required): Overland Park Farmers Market — 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM
SATURDAYS
(Highly Ideal / Preferred Float): Hours generally run 6:00 AM / 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM depending on site. On Saturdays, we operate dynamically across the best markets in the region, and you will float between:

Be the
Face of Tabletop Farms:
Greet every market guest with genuine energy, a bright smile, and an infectious, positive attitude.
Connect & Educate:
Share our farm's story. Talk passionately with customers about clean farming, food quality, and what "nutrient density" truly means.
Drive Enthusiastic Sales:
Help customers discover new items, make confident recommendations, and efficiently process cash/card transactions.
Market Logistics:
Arrive punctually to assist with booth setup, maintain a gorgeous and clean visual presentation throughout the day, and carefully pack down inventory at close.
What We Are Looking For:

Mindset:
You genuinely love starting conversations with strangers. Sales doesn't feel aggressive to you; it feels like sharing a passion.
Farm-Curious & Mission-Driven:
A strong interest in regenerative agricultural concepts, or a deep desire to learn about nutrient-dense food systems is highly preferred. (Candidates who understand or are interested in homesteading lifestyles often thrive in our environment!)
Punctual Early Bird:
You must be fiercely reliable. Market mornings start early (6:00 AM / 6:30 AM)—we need someone who arrives clear-headed and ready to roll.
Adaptable Float:
Willingness to drive to and work out of our different Saturday market locations in the greater KC metro.
Physical Stamina:
Comfortably standing for a 6-7 hour shift outdoors and able to lift/move market tables and product crates up to 40 lbs.
