Job Description
Music Festival Event Staff - (Event Days) Event shift will include crowd monitoring, ticket scanning, access management, or other event staff tasks. You will be walking constantly and in the outdoor weather. Event staff shifts are in a variety of areas, including a stadium, festival grounds, surrounding lots, front of house, back of house and other customer service based positions. Customer Service is the most important part of this job. Smile, be helpful, maintain a safe and fun environment. All positions are outdoors, so you must be able to work outdoors in the weather. Eat a heathy breakfast and lunch. We are working long hours. We plan to provide one dinner meal for you. (pizza, sandwiches, Chik-fil-A, something like that) Bring a light jacket or poncho•- dress according to weather as you will be there after the sun goes down Small flashlight would be helpful, if you have one. We provide a dinner meal; (pizza, sandwiches, Chik Fil A, etc.) you should also bring your own food/snacks in a clear bag. Please realize this is a long day. Please bring snacks and electrolytes, whatever it takes to get you thru the day. There is no sitting, and cell phone usage will be limited. You must not take photos or videos of the artists or you will be sent home immediately. You will get breaks but you won't be able to leave festival grounds because of traffic. Never leave your post without letting the supervisor know.
