Percussion Mentor & Rhythm Coach

We are looking for an enthusiastic Percussion Mentor & Rhythm Coach to join our studio. You will be responsible for introducing the world of rhythm to students as young as 4 years old, helping them build coordination and a lifelong love for music. ​

Special Note:

We are a growth-oriented studio and welcome motivated minors (ages 15+) to apply! This is a fantastic opportunity for advanced student drummers looking to gain professional teaching experience. ​Key Responsibilities ​ Deliver engaging, high-energy drum lessons tailored to individual student needs. Teach foundational skills (grip, rudiments, timing) to beginners starting at age 4. ​Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment for learning. Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student goals and progress.

Requirements :

Punctuality & Reliability ​Our studio runs on a tight schedule, and our students (and their parents) rely on us for consistency. ​

Show Up On Time :

Being ready to go at the start of every lesson is a non-negotiable requirement. ​

Be Dependable :

We need a coach who is committed to their weekly schedule. Frequent cancellations or tardiness disrupt the learning process and will not be a fit for this position. ​ Qualifications Strong technical ability on a standard drum kit. ​Ability to break down complex patterns for very young children. ​A patient, "can-do" attitude. ​For applicants under 18 : Must have reliable transportation and (if required by local law) a valid work permit. ​
