Job Description

Bowman Group has launched a new paid overnight truck parking division focused on identifying, developing, and managing semi-truck parking locations throughout the eastern part of the U.S. This role will help with finding potential sites, marketing and sales, and occasional hands-on fieldwork.
Responsibilites:
Research and identify potential locations for semi-truck parking locations using various GIS exploration tools such as Google Maps, and online real estate selection sites. Evaluate sites for truck parking demand, accessibility, feasibility, and logistical advantages. Assist with initial planning considerations such as the zoning review, layout, access routes, signage, etc. Market and sell truck parking spaces to drivers, fleets, and businesses. Monitor locations to ensure effective signage, overal site quality, and accessibility for drivers. Address operational concerns promptly to maintain safe, clean, and efficent operations. Perform minor maintenance when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required Valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record is required; company vehicle provided. Ability and willingness to travel. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills required. Experience with GIS is helpful. Direct sales experience is helpful. Experience in real estate development, site development (including site layout, land use, and accessibility), or trucking/logistics is helpful.
Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
