Job Description

Seeking knowledgeable, creative, competent individuals with experience in event lighting and design production. The ideal candidate is looking for a career in, has experience with, or is currently involved in, the event production industry. Experience must include proficiency or strong understanding of event production as it relates to, preparation, load in/ load out, installation process, precise design layout, installation order, deadlines, time management, organization, systems, electrical, controls, rigging, but not limited to. Candidate possesses good executive function, professional attitude, attention to detail, good people skills, strong communication, clean presentation, positive approach, punctuality, problem solving. The right candidate will benefit from rewarding work in transforming spaces through creative solutions brought to life with specialized skill put towards common goals and teamwork. This position will allow growth for the candidate interested in pursuing goals in event lighting design and production with advancement unlimited. Please be aware this is a physically intensive job that requires tasks such as lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, concentration, attention, aerial lift work, knowledge, problem solving, etc. We are a production design company that specializes in transforming spaces for turnkey events while providing exceptional management of each event through the successful implementation of, lighting, décor, floral, drapery, props and power management. We are a Maine-based company providing services throughout New England, across the United States, and around the world as requested by our clients.   • Experience with event production and lighting required.
Must have a positive attitude, patience, physical agility, balance, stamina, good work ethic, sense of humor, prioritize safety awareness, and the ability to work comfortably in various physical environments. Must have great interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, be a team player, and embody a professional appearance and demeanor. Willingness and desire to grow and learn. Have a current valid driver's license in good standing. Personal transportation to and from work required. Working Conditions
  • Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds (over 50 pounds with help) Able to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven events. Daily travel is required (Work vehicles will be provided) Work Hours & Schedule
