About us We're a Downtown Detroit event company specializing in premium silent disco entertainment. You may have seen us popping up in parks, plazas, and public spaces across the city — or heard of City Glow Yoga™, our award-winning silent disco yoga experience in Downtown Detroit. We're growing, and we need reliable, music-loving people to help us deliver more fun. What you'll do Verify and load event kits before departure Transport and deliver gear to event locations Set up and break down technical equipment on-site Operate playlists and take song requests during events Read the crowd and keep the energy right Support DJs and manage headphones Return equipment to storage and log any issues What we're looking for Reliable and on time — every time Reliable personal transportation to get around the city Clean driver's license required for operating company vehicles Comfortable with physical work and lifting (up to 50lbs) Able to follow checklists and systems Good communication and customer service skills A genuine love of music and an instinct for what gets people moving Comfortable servicing attendees, politely taking song requests and programming on the fly Available evenings and weekends Nice to have Experience with DJing, mobile DJ work, or DJ software Background in AV, live events, or music production Familiarity performing or working in live settings The basics Part-time / event-based Pay varies by role and shift — paid after every event Training provided Flexible scheduling based on availability This is a GREAT opportunity for the right candidate!
