Responsibilities Curate and play a diverse playlist tailored to the couple's preferences and event theme, ensuring seamless transitions between songs. Engage with guests through lively announcements, introductions, and interactive activities to keep energy levels high throughout the event. Coordinate with event planners, venue staff, and clients to ensure smooth setup, operation, and breakdown of audio equipment. Use your dancing skills to motivate guests and encourage participation in group dances or themed activities. Manage all technical aspects of sound systems, microphones, and lighting equipment with precision and care. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Assist with heavy lifting of equipment as needed to ensure efficient setup and teardown. Experience Proven experience as a DJ at weddings or similar events is highly preferred. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to energize and entertain diverse audiences. Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with clients, guests, and event staff. Background in marketing or promotional activities is a plus for promoting your DJ services. Ability to dance confidently and motivate others on the dance floor. Previous experience in customer service roles demonstrates your ability to connect with people positively.
